Mrs.P.Audsley	Chesterfield	23-04-2012	Thank you for informing us that the man from Scotland bought the C-Max this was on a par to rubbing salt into an open wound,I think that we where trated very shabberly from your sales person Antony Bridger, to be put in such a persition on arrival was not right, we where very much put on the spot with no thought of how it made us feel regarding any purchase, my husband is not the best of people when we are going to look at cars regarding buying, this is because in the past it has cost him extra money after the purchases price, he tends to be a little unsure. I was lokking on your guestbook sight before I rang to arrange to come and see you, that was what use come along because the comments looked favourable, but we did not expect the treatment we got from Antony on walking through the door the first words where not at all welcoming... Will this reach your guest book coments... My husband felt so bad because of me, he feels that he has let me down because he knew that I wanted this car, I have been lookig for over 7 months and thought that I had found just what I wanted, so you can understand the reason I feel as I do, I have MS and this was the ideal car.
