Having recently purchased a vehicle from Antony Bridger, I had the pleasure in expressing my thanks and satisfaction to you for the superb service I received throughout. The car is pleasure to drive and I look forward to years of enjoyment. As you are aware, shortly after purchase, the car sustained damage from a roof tile flown from a house under gale conditions. When referred to the Matlock Ford repair depot, within three days the damaged body was restored to an excellent condition. Along with an excellent service the standard of workmanship was superb and I congratulate Harold, Sophie and all the staff involved. Throughout my comtact with Matlock Ford the service given to me has been of the highest order for which I have been most grateful. |

Dear Antony, I am indeed pleased with my Focus. The day after I bought it we drove to London, it is quiet and very comfortable on a long journey. When we told our daughter about it, her quick comment was that we've gone "bi-focal" (now owning two Focus' from you). I'd like to have it serviced by Matlock Ford when the time comes, I think we would make a special trip. Why not? |
