Overall a superb buying experince = friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly NON PUSHY sales staff. Excellent choice of stock and great deals on future servicing. I feel I not only got a fair trade in deal but have also driven away in a car im very happy with. Having been a former BMW customer/owner and used to very high standards of customer service, I can add that the standards of customer service at Matlock Ford are comparable if not better! I would recommend Matlock Ford very highly to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

What a fantastic experience! This is not your normal run of the mill garage and makes for a very refreshing change from what we have experienced in the past. We bought our new pre registered ford KA at a very good price with a more than fair part ex value for our old one. We were never put under any pressure to buy and were delt with in a very polite manner throughout. David the saleman was willing to go the "Extra mile" for us at all times. Highly recommended.
